Your Healthiest Body-Step 1 of 3‏
 
 

No matter what physical condition you are currently in, there are 3 daily steps to create and maintain your healthiest body, for life.  These 3 steps provide the fundamental foundation for any serious nutrition plan or "diet".  Once you get these 3 steps going as a routine in your life, everything else falls into place.

The 3 steps to your healthiest body are:

1. Cleanse
2. Nourish
3. Balance

Here is step 1 to your healthiest body

Step 1.    Cleanse.  This is not about soap or the elimination of evil spirits.  It's about cleansing your internal organs, tissues, and cells so that each day your body leaps into action with less toxicity than the day before.  We all come into contact with pollutants every moment of every day, so live well for as long as you can by cleansing daily.   
Some people think of a "cleanse" as something you do once every few months, but millions of people around the world cleanse daily with herbal tea.  The unique herbal extracts in certain herbal teas assist in the body's natural, daily cleansing processes.  Why let harmful waste pile up over time when it can be eliminated daily?

 Why herbal tea works for daily cleansing:

Part of it has to do with getting the highest quality liquids into the walls of the cells to wash out the waste.  The nutrients in cleansing herbal tea penetrate the cells of your body for real age-defying results you just can't get from ordinary tea or plain water.
